Smart Todos

Hello Product Hunt! I am so excited to be launching Smart Todos on here today, though admittedly nervous too! This project arose from a feeling that smart task management doesn't need to be as hard (or as expensive!) as it always seems to be. From the start the aim has been to build a tool that saves users as much time as possible, without making it complicated to use. This focussed the project around the core scheduling algorithm, designed to organise tasks so that you dont have to spend time wading through options to find the most impactful tasks to complete first while efficiently managing deadlines. Around that I built complimentary filters and views to help you dial in on what you need to get done. To be honest, I started building this because it was the tool that I wanted, throughout its development I have used and revised the tool extensively, having it manage not just this project but several others that are in the pipeline. If, like me, you find yourself struggling to prioritise tasks or keep track of them across projects and timeframes then this may be the tool for you. My hope is that this tool helps users organise their workload better resulting in less stress and them finding time to do things they otherwise wouldn't have had time for as it has for me!
