Snappy is a browser living in your iMessage app, allowing you to quickly send links and quotes from pages without switching to Safari app. It syncs history via iCloud and offers search suggestions. You can select some text in Snappy and tap "Send This" which, well, would send it as a quote.
Snappy requires iOS 10 and is available now on the App Store.
