Hey all! We first launched our product, "ChatGPT for customer support", a month ago and since then, we’ve heard one big problem over and over again: Help me create or update my public docs/FAQs as my product grows. So we built a Slack and Intercom bot that you can easily set up to auto-create FAQs from previous Intercom conversations or from internal Slack conversations! You can try it for FREE today! Once you answer a customer support question on Intercom, our bot auto-creates an FAQ for you AND can understand the FAQ so if another customer asks, it can auto-respond! "Answer once, answer forever" Once you discuss a products feature set internally in Slack, you can tag our bot and it'll auto-create an FAQ for you to share with the world!
This is cool, congrats guys! Is there a version/API of this that can generate FAQs based on conversations of other feedback tools and conversations.
