@sentry_co as more users engage with more ecosystem apps, more and richer reputation data is generated, which means more revenue opportunities for the protocol and more value redistributed to ecosystem stakeholders. the main challenge is getting this growth flywheel to work. we'll start by focusing on DevRel activities to bring in really interesting ecosystem apps.

Hey everyone! Welcome to our PH launch page. Our team is on a mission to help the next generation of builders succeed by making professional reputation data easily accessible and human potential more visible. We're doing this because talent markets are still very inefficient, mostly due to poor and fragmented reputation data. We'll fix this by making reputation data more reliable and accessible. With multiple working apps and hundreds of thousands of users already generating rich data, Talent Protocol is in an unparalleled position to take advantage of this opportunity. The $TAL token, coming in 2024, fuels the creation and curation of reputation data, and is also how the protocol aligns incentives and redistributes value to all ecosystem stakeholders. That's an intriguing concept, Juan Pablo! It's tough to self-assess, but I'm excited to see what my builder score might be. How does Talent Protocol ensure the credibility of the data pulled from various sources?

@alex_dulub great question. At the beginning we are pulling data from verified sources like Github, Linkedin and some partners in the web3 space like Base, ETHGlobal and Celo. This may be subjective for some people, but our partners are well recognized in the space and we have worked to delivered credentials that spotlight actual builders and their skills. The interesting part comes later, once we launch our token $TAL. With that, users will be able to start curating data, ensuring that apps and users who write data on the Talent Protocol, are actually providing rich data. Also, there will be the possibility that our community votes on which credential and data makes sense to add to our Protocol and Talent Passport

What about adding the Kickstarter API? Successful kickstarter campaigns is like the ultimate badge to have as a maker. Niche sure. but adds a more diverse metric stack.
