When I started recruiting, I used LinkedIn a lot. I found with the right messaging, sending out connection requests to potential candidates worked extremely well. The problem? The outreach took hours. Clicking, copying, pasting, etc. It meant less time on qualifying calls, which meant less candidates I could place in a month, which meant less $$$. So, I built a tool that takes a LinkedIn project, and in a few clicks, automates outreach to all the candidates listed in a project in LinkedIn Recruiter.
