Hey Product Hunters! 👋 I'm happy to share with you newly launched The Best Remote Companies list. The list has been complied from almost 9000 remote jobs, data from career pages and includes close to 3000 remote companies. I believe there are many shades of remote work, and this list is trying to present it in a more organized way. The list is ordered by Remote Score, which is calculated using data about: 1. Async (async and flex work) 2. Remoteness (global, country/region limited remote, hybrid) 3. Compensation (open compensation and actual salary) 4. Benefits (6 benefits categories, 33 different benefits) 5. Votes (You can vote for your favorite remote company!) Each of those is responsible for 20% of Remote Score (max 10 points). Excellent! I'd like to nominate our company ( Zappi.io ) - I've been working remotely for 3 years now, including a chunk of time in New Zealand (the rest of the team is US, London, and Cape Town). I've never had pressure to return to the office!
