Wow. This is entire due diligence process for an investment in synthetic biology. And it's not hypothetical--the OS Fund used this process to vet an investment. Obs helpful for those new to investment in the life sciences. But If you run a biotech firm & are getting ready for a funding round, this is your playbook too.
