So do both sides need the app and an account? Seems tricky from a user acquisition perspective to get both service people and customers aware and using frequently. Any core use cases you’re thinking of? Maybe a service that is used frequently and same staff often? Maybe like a country club where it integrates with the member app?

Hello @mwtbrowser ! thanks for your feedback. In fact, there is no user acquisition for tippers (clients tipping) as it is simply based on the usage of their device's camera to scan the code. Also, we facilitate the tipping process by providing intuitive products that you can see on our shop within the app like table tents, cards to put aside the bill, and so on ... so two clicks to tip just by using your camera.

I never heard of such a service but can imagine it is really convenient so i might give it a second look. So far i've been dialing only cell pay us phone number few times to check how they work and what kind of cash service is available for the customers. They also can be contacted here if it is necessary and kind of urgent.
