What do you think? …

That app is same with https://www.producthunt.com/post... and even the other is open-source. But yours have good design :)
Alberto Betella
@cagataycali I'm glad you like the design 😊... Congrats for your job with coool.ws πŸ‘ I think that 🏹.to is more advanced when shortening links because it actually extracts metadata from the destination page and uses semantically-related emojis. ProductHunt.com, for instance, is converted into http://🏹.to/πŸ₯‡πŸ†•πŸ“…πŸ”ŽπŸ“± because the main page (meta property="og:description") contains the following words πŸ₯‡ best πŸ†• new πŸ“… day πŸ”Ž discoverπŸ“± mobile. Tesla.com is automatically shortened as http://🏹.to/πŸš˜πŸ”Œ, and so on... Hence why we claim that 🏹.to is the smartest Emoji URL shortener so far πŸ€“ In regards to releasing the code, I ❀️ open source and I will share it with anyone who will request it. The reason why I didn't release the code publicly on Github (yet!) is that it is still kind of messy since it was a weekend project and I need to clean it up a bit before sharing it.

@albertobeta Thanks for the detailed explanation, the metadata is clever!
Alberto Betella
@cagataycali Thank you. The review you left not completely fair: it's a conflict of interest because you have a similar product 😜 It cannot be denied that 🏹.to is indeed the "1st Emoji URL shortener powered by Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms", meaning that it's the first of its kind that uses NLP to extract metadata from the destination page to automatically generate short links containing semantically-related emojis.

@albertobeta You right, I changed my review good job!

The link for product hunt is perfect :)

@mscccc it is, right? 😊 Some automatically generated emoji links are surprisingly accurate

it's the first of its kind that uses NLP to extract metadata from the destination page to automatically generate short links containing semantically-related emojis.

Pros:

Good design

Cons:

* There's nothing about statics.

* That app isn't first.

Alberto Betella
πŸ˜• Not 100% unbiased cause you launched a similar product a couple of weeks ago 😜 Anyway, stats are "coming soon", and they will work retroactively: we are already logging hits and clients data for each short link, so we "just" need to implement a nice data visualization feature πŸ“ˆ
