Do you also find Social Media services overpriced? 💰 As a fresh Indie iOS Developer, I couldn't afford any of the existing services, but the iOS Developer Community is split across Twitter & Mastodon. So I wrote my own app instead! 🚀 It's simple and as cheap as possible (given the Twitter API pricing), even with a Free tier! Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you were searching for something simple & affordable, but there were only expensive tools for large businesses? And how did you handle that? Did you consider writing your own solution? 😁

What an awesome concept and from the looks of it great execution too! Wishing you a successful launch! Would love to see a Mac (and maybe iPad) version in a future 🤓

@manuelkehl iPadOS, macOS, even visionOS – all planned! 💪

That's an interesting idea! Have you ever thought about developing a web application or an Android app for this concept?

@jtumpang I’m an Indie iOS Developer for all Apple’s native platforms. So, I haven’t. Have to focus on some technologies as an Indie!

Congrats on the launch! By the way, I was exploring your page and couldn't spot the pricing details. It seems like a freemium model, but I also saw a mention of a pro tier in the FAQs. Could you shed some light on this? And just out of curiosity, are you considering expanding to LinkedIn as well?

@shitalgohil Thank you! I didn’t want to put my pricing somewhere else than in the app itself, because it really depends on your country and changes happen all the time. But it’s easy to look them up by visiting the App Store page and expanding the In-App Purchases section. In short: The Lite tier allows unlimited scheduled posts for $0.49/month. The Pro tiers cost the same, plus they cost what I have to pay to Twitter’s API for 10/30/100 tweets per month. But you can use it for Free if you don’t need to schedule more than 1 post at a time.

@shitalgohil As for supporting more platforms: Yes, indeed, if there’s large interest in other platforms, I‘m happy to add them. All depends on app usage and what my users request. Note that after sending a post, you get a “Share” button which you can use to share the same post to any other platform of which you have the app installed on your phone, so you could easily share to LinkedIn already, if you want. 😊
