@osbennn Hi Ben, we totally agree with you, that's why we are the only ones in the market with a prediction on Human Compatibility, basically "will you thrive under this specific manager?" which is a question that normally both sides -talent & company, only know once the hire is already working. We are replacing that guess work with accuracy from Day 0 and by that, changing the game when it comes to hire and get hired with 100% confidence.

@zheniart Our job simulators are personalized for each role/company and talents just go through the job simulator: a fun experience where you also learn about the REALITY of the role and not a copy-pasted old job description, that way, talent can also make an educated decision. While they are going through the experience, we surface their shape of the talent: a data language that allows us to see with accuracy, if this is a TrueFit and if there's high chances to thrive on both sides. So...no more detailed CV's...! And no self reporting. Just a true experience of what the role entails.

@dpickell Hi Devin! Thanks for your question, is one of the first BIG problems we decided to tackle, given the fact that this broken protocol between talents and companies is usually based on guesswork and predictors of success that aren't relevant for our times (or better say, they aren't predictors let alone not success ones!). Besides removing gender, hints of bias through names (people can apply anonymously), we focus on 2 layers of predictions: professional fit, by decoding the contextual need of the company and understanding the shape of the position needed and also a reliable relational fit, that checks the compatibility between the hiring manager and the talent. That way, on day ZERO, we are allowing BOTH sides to see an accurate picture based on deep DATA, where people that otherwise would have been "swiped left" for the wrong reasons are being seen. @bricemo Great Q! We have proven cases of talent that got rejected to the same job, same hiring manager because their CV created biased, and got hired once the company started using Unboxable. So yes, our models are indeed in continuous learning, and I believe what matters the most is that real people in real life are getting a chance to be seen like never before because of it. What do you use to avoid gaps with disadvantaged groups? Super curious and excited to learn 👍
