I recently used Clerky - (https://www.clerky.com/) - and the experience was awesome. Seems like a similar set up to this. As far as I know, Clerky is what YC uses for all of their startups.
@MikeKhristo Thanks for the comment. We're really trying to go many steps further to build out the full app experience, with founder/lawyer/client collaboration, a robust data structure that is maintained and automatically updates the cap table and can handle much more complex transactions. Much more coming!
