Hi @jake_strack ! It depends on your current vendor and the countries you're sending messages to. However, we typically see a 30% reduction, but it can go all the way to 50% if you're working with the most expensive providers (e.g., Twilio) or have users in developing countries.

@jake_strack thanks! Yes, there's less friction on the user end as well. We used this verification method several times in the past for companies in different industries, and beyond saving money, a typical pattern we've noticed is that funnels also become more streamlined: - Customer support tickets related to users unable to complete the verifications almost disappear entirely. - Especially in fintech, users are less prone to having their accounts stolen or hijacked. - Users also spend less time in the verification process on average.
