Super chuffed to be releasing the web version of VideoAsk. We were just on iOS previously. Now everyone can create VideoAsks (video forms) effortlessly and collect responses in a much more personal way.

Have been using Videoask for a while and it works really well for qualitative feedback or when you need to give more context to the people replying. Looking forward to the next steps!

Pros:

It's a simple and beautiful way to collect feedback in an emphatic way. The web version just made everything much easier.

Cons:

So far all issues reported have been fixed.

@christophepas Good question. We chose to build this outside of Typeform's current infrastructure in order to move fast. We will be announcing pricing in Sept. Expect a way to authenticate using Tf credentials in the near future too.

It’s amazing. I played around for a few weeks and it’s working very well, UI and UX are super slick and the team has an impressive development drive. Guess this will be huge.

Hi guys. Great concept! Is there any way to ask a question by text and just collect responses via video? For brands its a bit awkward recording or uploading videos only. We'd prefer to have static question and just a quick link to record video.

@admytme Thanks! We are in fact going to provide a Text first question type which will put text front and center with a supporting video (avail. library of background videos).

@okuiux @admytme it's worth noting though that visitors are much more likely to be comfortable sending videos of themselves if they've actually seen the person who asked the question. I think I'd skip if the question was text-only.
