The best way to learn something is from an expert. That's why conferences exist — you attend sessions, wander around, and listen to someone who's really good at their job talk about it.
But here’s the problem with conferences:
1. They're (often) expensive.
2. They take a lot of time.
3. Lots of talks, many aren't relevant yet you pay the same price.
That's why we want to do something a little different.

It’s pretty simple:
1. Vote on a session or speaker you want to learn from.
2. Popular proposals get moved into the funding stage, where you can pre-order them.
3. Each session needs a minimum number of purchasers to be produced.
4. Once enough people pre-order a session, it's fully funded and will get scheduled!

One of the sessions currently open for pre-order is James Clear's How To Get 1% Better Every Day. As individuals, we can't afford his speaking fee.
Your best shot of listening to him speak live is at a conference. James Clear recently spoke at the 2020 Texas Conference for Women, which was $175 a ticket.
But what if we got 200 people who want to watch James Clear speak? It becomes much more affordable, and you don't have to attend a conference. The more people sign up, the cheaper it gets. If the session doesn't get fully funded or the speaker can't make it, sessions are refunded. Live sessions can also include Q&A, breakout discussions and more that aren't always possible at conferences.
