Hi everyone! I'm really excited to share the new version of the Wireframe Deck, now on Kickstarter: https://www.kickstarter.com/proj... While design apps are great for designers, and many do allow collaboration, they don’t get clients, product managers, developers and other team members participating in a creative and fun way that doesn’t require staring at a computer. Designers also benefit from physical tools, whether working alone or with others, as a way to kickstart the creative process and quickly iterate on ideas. Included in the deck are 130 square cards, each representing a common website or user interface element, with a low fidelity mockup on one side and a high fidelity design on the other. A high quality, 2-piece matte finish storage box helps organize the cards. I first created the Wireframe Deck back in 2017 as a way to brainstorm and collaborate, away from a screen. After years of feedback from the community I'm hoping to release version 2 with these updates: - Fully redesigned - New box with 8 tab dividers to organize the cards - 25% larger cards - 50 more cards (from 80 to 130) - 25% heavier paper stock - Improved printing quality - Accordion instruction booklet Version 2 has much higher production costs because of the all-around improvements. If successful, the Kickstarter funds would be used to complete the first print run. Ways to Use the Cards... - Build and rearrange layouts for any type of interactive product - Stack cards to experiment with responsive layouts - Discuss content strategy - Brainstorming - Physical prototyping - Facilitate design exercises and workshops - Use as a teaching tool for UX and design students - Create your own game - Working remotely? Snap a photo and share with a client (or the other way around). - Flip the cards from low-fidelity mockups to high-fidelity designs to indicate something is approved Thank you! I'd truly appreciate any support.
