What do you think? …

Ryan Hoover
Not to hate but can we please stop describing startup folks as rockstars?
Andreea
@rrhoover ...ninjas?
Ryan Gum
@andreeavis ninja stars!
Martin Bavio
@rrhoover At least we are done with the "guru" thing.
Christopher Davis
@rrhoover I prefer "Digital Chuck Norrises."
Jonathan Moore
@rrhoover The use of "rockstars" alone would keep me from posting job openings.

London for the moment. Coming up in US and Canada.
Erik Torenberg
hey @andreeavis! What separates you guys from some of your competitors? http://www.producthunt.com/posts... http://www.producthunt.com/posts... cc @kmin @sharasenderoff @nnj + others in the space - what do you all think?
Andreea
@eriktorenberg We keep it simple (UX) and stick to a niche: it's only about jobs in online startups. Our user base is targeted as such, selection is much easier for startups.
Mesh Lakhani
Is this London only right now?

I'm hiring and I'm seeing many services like this. angelist, white truffle, etc.. how is WorkInStartup better and should I use another hiring service? What's the added value? (Serious question)
Andreea
@orarbel Similar services, different qualities; our candidates are targeted to fit only the online startups profile. Posting jobs is free, test, check data, and use the fittest one.
Alex Borbely
@eriktorenberg @orarbel We only allow jobs from digital startups. Most of the other players are either trying to match employers&employees or they have jobs from companies other than startups. Also, posting a job is free!
