JetBrains' PyCharm is a killer product for web development. Not only does it support Python, but it also provides comprehensive support for web development. Subscribing to PyCharm is like getting both a Python IDE and WebStorm in one package.
VS Code is undoubtedly an alternative. However, we still prefer a more integrated solution to installing numerous plugins and configuring text preferences from scratch.
