Zigi automates the mundane day-to-day parts of your job. It examines your Jira & GitHub activity, figures out what needs your attention and sends you actionable, real-time help from Slack. That way, you can focus on code, collaborate better and save time.
@paztich Thank you! There’s a big difference. Messages from the Jira bot (for example) update you on every single change on a ticket. Zigi examines your activity on Jira and GitHub at the same time to understand and notifies you when there’s something that needs your attention, for example: changes to a Jira status based on PR activity. You can also tailor the notifications based on your role, so team leads can track when a ticket is stuck for more than a certain number of days.
@huy_doan_quang Zigi will notify you on ticket changes, and enables you to modify statuses, and get direct assitant for that, we will support ticket creation in the future 🙏
Thanks for hunting us @benln
Hey there 🤗
I'm Nir, co-founder & CEO of Zigi. I’m really excited to share Zigi’s capabilities with the PH community and give you some insight into how it works.
🚀 What is Zigi?
Zigi is a personal workflow assistant for devs and their teams that automates non-coding tasks. Zigi examines your activity in Jira and GitHub (and we’re adding more soon) to understand your workflow, creates context out of all that information, and offers you actionable assistant right from Slack. So you get updates and quick actions only on what’s relevant to you from a one place.
⏳ Why did we build this?
We’re developers and we’re used to managing big R&D teams. Dev is a creative process done by multiple personas and in the last few years it’s changed. There’s so much overhead on top of coding, more dependencies, multiple tools, that developers are overloaded. Now the world has changed, teams are remote and scattered in different time zones, which just makes everything more complex.
Zigi was built because we think it’s time to take a new approach to driving productivity, while keeping devs and their teams happy. Zigi’s mission is to provide hands-on help with personalized automation, so we can manage our day-to-day tasks with minimal distractions and maximum focus.
🧑💻 Does Zigi work with my company's workflow?
Yes. It automatically learns your org’s workflow - no manual setup or configuration needed. Zigi is customizable, so you can control when you want to get messages and about what.
👀 Is Zigi safe and secure?
Yes. Zigi only needs user-level permissions and doesn't read or scan your code. It was built for maximum security and privacy: it’s ISO 27001/27017 & Soc 2 Type 2 certified and GDPR compliant.
🌀 Is Zigi free for developers?
Yes, it’s free for individual developers. It costs you nothing to sign up, no credit card required. In the future, we’ll start introducing paid features for cross-functional teams.
🔥 We'd love to hear what you think!

Congratulations!! on the launch. This looks great. What happens if I use Zigi, but the rest of my team doesn’t?
@rebecca_rifkin Thanks! You can log into Zigi and start getting help immediately, managing your Jira tasks and pull requests. Of course, Zigi does work better when the team uses it together. It speeds up the handshake process, lets you instantly ping PR reviewers, send reminders for reviews and quickly see what still needs to be done in the team.

I started using Zigi a few months ago, and it is an amazing tool! It's reduced my cycle time, wasted on workflow tasks, by 80%!
I highly recommend you to use Zigi, the team behind this are doing great job, keep on! 👑
Zigi is my non-human reminder of the daily tasks I have to get done and it’s such a big help. I can see at a glance what the team is doing and what I have to complete - so no more bottlenecks or context switching.
