They are absolutely horrible. I hadn't used them for a long time, and when I did, they had changed their name from ADYOUNEED to AdCreative, likely due to backlash over their terrible service. Of course, there was no notification about the change, so it took a while to find and confirm the account. Gotta love it! When I tried logging in, I couldn't, even though I have an account. It kept asking me to enter card information despite having an active account. The system is so glitchy that it attempts to log in but then boots you out, thinking you don't have an account. When I tried connecting with customer service, someone named Aoife handled my issue in the worst way possible. I got a response every 10 minutes or so, and when I did, they asked me repeatedly what was happening, with delayed responses for over an hour. When I sent a screenshot of the free trial, which literally said nothing new since I mentioned it multiple times, she finally said, "Oh, I see the problem now." I almost lost it. After more than an hour, she finally tried sending me to someone else. Needless to say, the customer service is EXTREMELY BAD! Did I mention they didn't know they had disabled their other website and redirected it to the new site? An hour and a half later, I got a response telling me I couldn't log in because it wasn't the right site. No duh! I said that over an hour ago, asking if this was possibly the issue, and would you believe there was no response about it? Long story short, I'm writing as I'm going through the issue, but I'm done. It's been going on for two hours now. Just avoid! The backend developers and customer service don't even know what's going on with their own site. Everything all around is terrible!
