Alltum has be very useful to my firm in managing/streamlining our emails and collaboration on projects. We have been able to cut out a lot of redundancy and unnecessary meetings due to the email features provided (ex. assigning tasks, marking emails as triaged, etc.) In addition to this, we also love the project management features that allows us to centralize files for all of our different investment projects.
The Alltum team has also been very responsive and quick to fix any bugs that we found during the beta process. The easy ability to report bugs easily on the platform is a huge plus.
We are looking forward to the release of new features and integrating more with Alltum!
It amazes me how easy it is to create tasks from emails. As a project manager I'm creating and assigning tasks to my team members all the time and with this platform I'm saving a lot of time on doing so. The other big part of my daily work is around meetings and the integration Alltum provides with my meeting provider is very neat. The one last thing I love is the meeting scheduler it has, that I can set up and other people can quickly schedule 30-min meetings with me, seeing my free slots
Overall great product. I find the email page visually pleasing and effective and reducing my workflows. I really enjoy using this product to organize my inbox, and quickly create tasks on my active projects.
