It was first recommended to us by a friend. My wife & I had a lot of success with this program, have recommended it to many friends and relatives. Very good!
Super easy to follow baby sleep training techniques that actually work. Short audio clips, supporting guide, and an impressive chatbot trained on Jennifer's extensive impressive knowledge so can ask questions and get answers quickly and on demand! Also great that there's no rigid wake windows but rather reading your baby's own tired signs and using a method that suits our parenting approach). Works miracles!
We tried BabySleepBot for our 5 month old girl after attempting several sleep consultants with no success. We were dubious about an online program at first but for the low cost we thought we don't have too much to lose. From the moment we pressed play on the first clip, not sure if it was Jennifer's soothing voice or just how logical the information was presented, but we found ourselves learning what we need to do in a way that actually felt really natural for us (we are much more hands on parents and prefer the gentle approach). It was basically small snippets of just what we needed to know without all the extra 'fluff'. We literally got our baby sleeping in 3 days and she's been sleeping through the night since! I can't express how grateful we are to get our sleep back. Magic! Very happy to have come across this program and have been recommending it to others since!
