I haven’t received the money on the card. The support ignores my emails and messages in Telegram.

I bought 841 usdt since 17th of February, 2022 (1:03pm). It's more than 7 business days and yet to receive it in my wallet. All effort to communicate or reach out to the customer care service prove abortive. Kindly help check and assist. Your assistance will be appreciated. Thanks.

It works! You need to verify account first, also it takes half a day to add funds from crypto. Not clear that it take so much time and that you need verification.

Sent to virtual card my usdt and didn’t receive their, this is project scam, support not answer too me

It is a scam. I made a top up, did not do any transactions, at some moment the system deleted my balance to zero and the support never tried to answer me. Upd. Finally got contacted and my problem was solved. Changing from 1 to 3 out of 5 by the moment.

Selected “tether” (crypto) method to top up my account, sent the money on Friday, with Bankoff recognising the incoming payment arriving, however the balance is still 0 two days later. Unfortunately with these kind of delays it’s unstable and unreliable for my kind of daily usage, so I’m unable to see the benefits of the product at this moment, despite the ease of access to potential product.
