I bought 841 usdt since 17th of February, 2022 (1:03pm). It's more than 7 business days and yet to receive it in my wallet. All effort to communicate or reach out to the customer care service prove abortive. Kindly help check and assist. Your assistance will be appreciated. Thanks.
As they wrote below bankoff turned out to be a scam. sent money for a week nothing comes. support constantly writes about the wait in 12 hours and that they have an influx of users. at the same time, they also continue to collect money without stopping work 🤷🏼♀️

It is a scam. I made a top up, did not do any transactions, at some moment the system deleted my balance to zero and the support never tried to answer me.
Upd. Finally got contacted and my problem was solved. Changing from 1 to 3 out of 5 by the moment.
