Our journey into the world of coffee started in 2020, and as we consumed bag after bag of beans, we noticed a gap in how we experienced coffee and how we truly understood coffee. So much information was either scattered or out of reach—details about the beans, the roasters, the farmers, and the unique attributes and stories behind them. As we enjoyed our brews, questions kept coming to mind, but there was no simple way to find the answers.
