You guys hijacked our client's chat widget. it's really not cool and ethical. She's writing to us non stop as her customers can't use the chat widget we embedded. Please remove it so that business can operate as usual.
I have been using Boei for over a year. It is very simple yet effective to implement it. Support is great - Ruben is always responsive and helpful. The product has also added new features which I have not yet needed but good to know Ruben is always working hard to add value to users of Boei. I am sure there are other similar solutions but for the price, support and features (and future updates), this is a great value.
I have followed the intuitive process to set this up on a number of my sites.
It has always been easy and it has worked right out of the box.
I like the fact that it is a simple widget that can be customized to any channels you wish to add.
I couldn't figure out something once (I think I was trying to block the widget from appearing on a certain page) and support helped me get it going properly very quickly.
My main observation: simplicity yet with many contact options/channels to add to the widget (like a "chat widget").
You can easily put your own image or logo on the widget as well.
Bowi is a brilliant communication tool. I use it on my website and my clients' websites. It is great to be able to chat with customers where they are most comfortable. I.e. on my site, WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram. Being able to collect signups and show YouTube videos is Also a great feature. Also, Ruben is a brilliant founder who regularly updates his customers and is always thinking of new features/ designs.
