I am really enyoing Buzzabout, its a solution to the painpoint of markets of manually researching different platforms to find audience insights. So far, I have appreciated the insights from testing it with Reddit and TikTok, and the dashboard is clear and easy for anyone to follow. Being able to then 'chat' with those audiences through the AI offers even more insights.
Sometimes on current highly discussed topics, it wouldn't show such fresh insights, offering me insights from 4 months ago, which is my main point of feedback, but I do like how you can continue tracking the topic for updates.
Overall Buzzabout has brilliant potential and I will be using this going forward to save me a lot of time. Bravo!
