Helped me Automate my website to sell and handle relations of my clients. I liked that Chatshape is easily intergrated into my CMS, it made connecting to your website easy. I also love how easy it is to use Chatshape to build a flow chart of conversations to gather keywords and answer responses of the customer. From that we can either help them solve their problem or generate a lead. Very intuitive well made conversational chat bot in my opinion 5⭐️ hands down

Good product 👌 Used it in place of adding to the headcount here very glad I did saved on training new hires. I also was able to export chat history logs as a csv file 😀 for real time gathered data and analytics.

First off it's so easy to use it. Our MRR has risen by 24% since onboarding this product into our website and that speaks for itself. I absolutely like the fact that I can specify the kind of questions to the chatbot, in essence train the chatbot to ask the customer specific questions in greeting stage. Also the chat history logs come in very handy to keep track of chatbot engagement and helps our business identify missing content , specifically how it pertains to our website, recurring or common questions on our site we can make improvements on. So this is definitely something I will recommend to my coworkers for ease of use and functionality.
