Cuely does the one-minute break just right, not very intrusive and very configurable, if the notifications overwhelm you you just turn them off, and even learns how to fit your calendar, top notch.
I needed a way to be reminded to stand and take a break. This Slack App worked perfectly - and is Free to use. Bonus - it now tracks my energy throughout the day and how my meetings effect that. Really cool!
Platform was weak, could've been a YouTube channel for the content provided.
Marketing made it seem like something amazing but ended up just being predatory. Taking advantage of someone's struggle in order to prey on them for financial gain, while simultaneously convincing our team they were being helpful.
I've been loving Cuely! It's like Whoop for my workday. It helps me take advantage of gaps in my meetings. Now I remember to get up and stretch and grab water before my next call.
My team and I have been using Cuely for months, and it has been game-changing! I have to say I was a bit skeptical at first if what they were doing could really make a significant impact on wellbeing, but in the end, I realized I underestimated the compounding power of consistent small steps each day. I run a cross-geo team which is particularly challenging when it comes to well-being and burnout. Cuely nailed the user experience and started to create a habit of self-care among the team with its deep understanding of behavioral science and AI. It has resulted in a happier and more productive team, and of course much better employee voice survey scores.
Stop spam-shilling your shit under Twitter threads about the problem you pretend to solve. Literally anyone with half a brain knows "one minute micro breaks" are not going to help with the causes of burnout being baked into our society, and no one wants to hear you prattle as if you're helping by butting in on serious conversations. I've reported you to Twitter, and I hope your business tanks like you deserve for this shady nonsense.
