After my trial period ended, I subsribed to their Silver paid plan (quarterly). Instead of regaining access to my dashboard, I am continously being redirected to a pop-up page to upgrade my plan. I am unable to access my dashboard or my data. I literally just subscribed to their paid plan and did not even finish designing the website yet.
I tried reaching out to their customer support, which is non-existent by the way, via email to ask for a refund. No response. No acknowledgement. I've already given up any hope of them responding or refunding my payment.
It's a pity that an e-commerce CMS platform that's being advertised as made in India is nothing but the shoddiest platform ever made. If you don't know how to build and run a business, just shut it down. What's the point of acting as thieves and stealing people's money?
The speed at which I was able to launch my online store is insane. I literally thought that one must learn be technically strong or learn coding but starting an ecommerce website with dukaan was incredibly simple.
As I'm not a tech-savvy guy I found it hard to launch a website of my own but with dukaan now I can easily launch and run my business online.

I found Dukaan to be an excellent ecommerce platform that is very user-friendly and easy to use. Besides having everything you need to run a successful online store, the platform's support is outstanding. The overall experience with Dukaan is excellent, and I recommend it highly to anyone looking for a reliable, easy-to-use ecommerce platform.
I've been building storefronts for different brands across all the platforms available. I must say Dukaan gave me the best overall experience in terms of getting a store up and running all the way to managing multiple stores on a day-to-day basis. I initially went with the trial version, but after being super satisfied with the capabilities of the product, I straight up committed myself to a Platinum tier subscription. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to start an online eCommerce business.
I'm a small business owner and I've tried many ecommerce platforms but Dukaan has been the best ecommerce platform so far. It's one of the most simple and easy to use and has all essential features required for my business.
There were times where I faced minor bugs but their customer support were quick enough to resolve so kudos to their excellent customer support team.
I'd have love to give 5 stars but the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the low number of themes. I had discussed about this with Dukaan and they've promised that they'll be soon releasing many new themes.
Dukaan has done a great job in being mobile first and enhanced load speed while maintaining core functionalities. It's just fast and feels like nothing less than a magic. Right from admin page to product listing to store checkout, speed is well noticeable which results in faster checkouts and time saved (more revenue). Been using Shopify for last 3 years and even today morning Shopify admin page took a while to load! I guess Dukaan's tech is far ahead than Shopify's (started in 2006) 16 year old tech!
