Really impressed by how seamlessly everything comes together—docs, tasks, wikis, and client portals all in one clean, intuitive space. What stood out most was how effortless it felt to keep internal work structured while still presenting a polished experience externally. It’s rare to find something this flexible that doesn’t feel bloated or overwhelming. The speed, simplicity, and attention to user experience are spot on. Still hoping to see deeper integrations in the future, but as it stands, this is one of the most thoughtfully designed workspaces I’ve come across. A game-changer for anyone working with clients.

FuseBase does an excellent job of unifying internal and external collaboration in one clean workspace. The biggest standout is how the AI agents are embedded directly into projects — they handle routine admin tasks like organizing content, summarizing discussions, and keeping workspaces up to date, which genuinely saves time.

The no-code setup makes it easy to build client portals and internal hubs without relying on engineering, and the separation between internal spaces and external-facing portals is well thought out. I also found the browser extension and automation hub especially useful for capturing information and connecting workflows across tools.

While there’s a bit of a learning curve compared to simpler tools, FuseBase clearly shines for teams managing both internal work and client collaboration. Overall, it’s a powerful alternative to Notion, purpose-built for real operational workflows rather than just documentation.

Average at best. Use it for a couple months. They have AI but the basics don't work well. They have thrown everything but the kitchen sink in this product and it does NONE of them well. Try to get support ? forget it. When they do reply ? they just say no we don't do this. Try to even contact them since they rebranded it ? Impossible. Tool still has to this day/moment a Help | Submit Bug which leads to a web page that comes up "Insufficient privileges" and has since they changed the name cause Nimbus is famous for bad. This way to avoid getting feedback was pointed out to them months ago. They do nothing. This product space is a mess and this is amongst the worst products in the space I've encountered. Almost bad enough to send me back to Evernote which is a frightening idea.

We have recently transitioned to a new client and some functionalities have not yet been transferred, and indeed some basic features may be missing. But we are actively working on this and will try to resolve it as quickly as possible. For example, we recently reinstated the export of individual pages, transferring pages between workspaces, duplication, etc. I understand that you want this process to be faster, and we will try to accelerate it. Nimbus Note has drastically gone downhill. Unfortunately, the quality of the app degraded rapidly in the month after I renewed my annual subscription. I'm at the latest version on a new MacBook pro and the app does not load correctly most times. I have to restart multiple times after any reboot. It took weeks for the account to sync and see that I had a membership. Customer support is inadequate. And now they display advertisements in the lower right corner even after you upgrade. They wanted a review on Product Hunt so here it is. (by the way it's easy to tell that a lot of the recent five star reviews were paid or incentivized)

I was a big fan of Nimbus and at first was not sure about this newer platform, but gave it a try and now FuseBase has replaced at least 4 tools i use in my daily workflows. FuseBase is awesome! The added AI feature helps in my note taking and brainstorming. The client portals are so helpful, and using many as knowledge bases to help with support. FuseBase support has been fast to respond and helpful. The FB team is constantly adding updates to the platform. It keeps getting better and better everyday. Highly recommend!

We've used FuseBase for several years now and the platform has grown to be something my team and I rely on in our business. The platform works well, their team is responsive to support requests, and we love how much it reduces friction in our day to day work. One of my favorite features is how frictionless it is to send clients a clean, branded, secure document page / portal so they can review project status and have a single source of information for the various facets of our engagement with them. I also use it all the time with a branded short URL generator so that I can have easy to remember links to send to people asking for a W9, payment information, or other common documents. We use FuseBase as an internal knowledge base as well as for client-facing documents. It serves both purposes well and we are looking forward to seeing the platform grow and add features. I am most excited about the revamped portal system and hoping for future enhancements to the databases (currently just glorified tables) function - this will be a powerful addition to the suite.
