In the Chatflux dashboard, the workflow for lower tiers is unworkable. Only the top-tier has access to the management chatbot function, rendering it non-functional for all other tiers. This severely restricts the ability to implement, edit, or change any content or context that you've uploaded for the chatbot to learn. For instance, if you update the business's phone number, you must remove the existing chatbot and create a new one, then repost it to your website. This process is cumbersome and not feasible for regular use. Furthermore, the platform's pricing page lacks clarity on this matter. It's puzzling why such unworkable features are reserved for the top tier, leaving others unable to utilize them properly. I cannot recommend using this platform.
