Totally negative just because of their INSANE refund policy.
I placed an order for the delivery from US to Argentina. Once I was paying it, the system showed that if I use Aegentinian bank card, I'll only be able to refund my payment to their Wallet. However I have a Thai bank card and I used it to pay. At the moment of payment system explicitly showed that a refund to my initial payment method is possible
Guess what? When the order was cancelled by a traveller, the refunded my money to their idiotic internal wallet.
Once I contacted their non-client-oriented support line, they told me, their refund policy is based on...IP (!) IP?? Really?
