Humanic Provides easy Aggregation of organisational enabling sales and product team to track custom cohorts and track them. As one of the initial users, We are actively using Humanic to identify our personas in the 'Personas' Section and easily track them in 'Stages' section. The plug-and-play with different data sources makes it super easy to plug into different data streams and can be easily done by anyone without any coding. Wonderful for small teams like us as well as super useful at scale. Looking forward to scale up our users and revenue by using 'insights' section that is coming soon... Kudos to the team! Cheers..
As an SaaS business owner, we have struggled to have accurate insight in to our data across the board; the biggest problems are that the data isn't found in one place (multiple vendors, data storage facilities, integrations, etc) and the data isn't real-time. These problems were (to my surprise!) addressed when we integrated with Humanic AI. I say "to my surprise" because it is by no means an easy feat; pooling together all of your data pertaining to app usage/customer behavior while simultaneously providing real-time insight - I came in with low expectations because I truly didn't think it would be possible, and was incredibly surprised at how successful this product was at integrating with our systems and providing what I needed. As the decision-maker of the business, I need the see the data in real-time in order to accurately make solid decisions, and once we personalized the metrics in Humanic to give me exactly what I need (which is going to be different for every business) I was immediately able to start highlighting areas we needed improvement and areas where we were excelling
If I had to highlight a few things specifically
- the onboarding and support from the staff made something that I assumed would be an absolutely nightmare a completely seamless and smooth process
- the graphs and visuals (I keep Humanic open on a separate window on it's own separate monitor so I can quickly view)
Definitely recommend checking out their product - especially if you are in a position like I am where you NEED to see information across multiple internal resources all in one place and in real-time
Humanic allowed us to gain hitherto unavailable insight as to where churn was happening for our PLG company. We knew the data was there, but couldn't accurately utilize it. The Humanic AI platform is now accurately predicting "at risk" customers and also helping move more "freemium" sign-ups to full paid accounts. Eureka! :)
