Really cool product with a sleek design! A couple of questions came up when I was looking at your product:
1. When exactly are customers redirected to humans? And how do you make sure customers first try to use the bot and not immediately try to bypass it?
2. From what I understand, my company data would be passed on to OpenAI. Hence, would OpenAI then store my data and use it for training purposes?
Hey, hey! Christopher, here are the answers:
1. They can talk to the agent if they ask about it or when the bot can`t provide the correct answer to the question. They can bypass the bot asking to talk to an agent but the idea is that IONI may cover mostly all general questions. It really depends on the business specifics and the questions customers are asking but anyway, admin may always check all the conversations and see how they were going and what to improve.
2. Data is processed with OpenAI but is not stored there. They don’t use data from API requests for training. We store data on our end in a secured vector database. For bigger customers, we also provide custom open-sourced fine-tuned models, so data never leaves your personal data servers, but it’s more expensive.
This product is really good and I am completely satisfied with the end result. AI Chatbot has helped to automate conversation processes in my CRM and has helped to reduce costs for my business.
ioni seems like a promising product to cater customer service especially for the Startups with limited resources in handling their customer support around the clock.
