iTop Screen Recorder is the best i use it for my Youtube. It supports record in full screen with minimized window, Up you can see it and its mini with record button. It has 90FPS and 4K resolution.
Even though the free version has some restrictions it still allows you to record short videos that are perfect for YouTube and sharing on Social Media platforms like Facebook. Has great editing options and split screen options for recording webcam footage and even external devices. Highly recommended!
