@anna_buldakova1 @dashamrt really great to hear your personal experiences, and as somebody who worked their way through the ranks and around a few different roles before leadership, my own experience is very similar.
So many people have trouble finding a mentor willing and able to provide the time, particularly when they're early, so I hope this skyrockets. I've made sure to sign up as a mentor and I hope I can be helpful.
