OpenPhone makes collaborating across our team so seamless and easy. I've been blown away by the AI transcription of calls, so excited to see what the team will ship next!

Like Postmark but for texting and phone calls. Simple and straightforward, no extra bells and whistles, just clean and easy.

We have been customers for months now, absolutely love the product. Great interface, great feature set, it keeps OUR customers happy as well.

Having the HUGE PROBLEM! No ability to deliver text and support will not respond. Getting ready to switch have been using them for over 2 years and recommended. We have 10 lines completely useless! DO NOT USE OPENPHONE if you would like reliable service and actual customer service find another product.

A product that works reliably and delights its customers. Plus 10/10 customer service if anything ever does come up!

Good UX design, user friendly and all that. However, almost none existent customer support, full of bugs, founders don't have an operations managed, probably chill somewhere in Bahamas in ex Sam Bankmans villa with seed money they got...very disappointed. It gets you blocked, you have to wait till midnight for customer service reps email that could, or could not reach out to you depending on their mood today...
