It's funny how, as I read through the reviews, I realize that many people have faced the same issue. I had been eagerly waiting for almost 6 months to receive an item that I planned to give to my fiance, who had recently lost her dog. Finally, when I received it and presented it to her, my excitement turned into frustration.
Upon opening the box, I was incredibly disappointed to find that the dog figurine bore no resemblance to the actual picture provided. It lacked any of the details that were promised. What made matters worse was the exorbitant price I had paid for it.
If you've had a positive experience with this company, then congratulations to you. However, from my perspective, it felt like a gamble.
This was an impulse buy after the sudden death of my furbaby. I am so glad I ordered!! My Petsie is a perfect replica of my Emma. She is always with me - even accompanied us on our annual Florida trip. Often it's difficult to remember she's not real. Thank you so much for your attention to detail!
I am so disappointed in this company i ordered a petsie of my molly who rec3 passed. They sent me something totally wrong wrong color , shape .did not even slightly resemble my chihuahua molly .carli a manager there will not redo it unless you give them extra money and when i asked for a refund they wont do it the worst customer service at this company and clearly the designer did not know what they were doing ......i highly recommend mot to use this company .i will go back to cuddle clones they did a great job on my sheila. Carli and staff i suggest you get better customer service skills and make your customers happy avoid buying from this company..
I received a Petsies for Christmas. It looks just like my mixed breed dog down to her floppy ears. My mother commented on how the company kept requesting additional pictures to make sure they got every detail right. It was definitely our favorite Christmas present this year.
It was devastating to receive my Petsie today. This company should be ashamed posting out such poor quality, poorly designed “Petsies”, knowing that they are often tributes to beloved pets that have been lost.

Although this is a great business concept, the final Forevers Pet replica is not worth the money that I paid! Also beware of the selective 4.8/5 rating that Petsies has on their website. If you look at other internet reviews, the rating is much lower.
To get a replica of your pet is a very slow process. I wouldn’t mind waiting if the final product was of good quality, but that’s not the case. For the first replica that I received, the body was fine but I was very disappointed with the colouring which wasn’t even close to the photos that I sent to them. Petsies wouldn’t provide a refund and claimed that the only way to get an accurate replica of my pet was to pay extra for a preview. This is clearly a “cash grab” and should instead be included as a quality control process in the overall initial high price paid for their Forevers Pet.
It was finally agreed with Petsies to get a remake of my pet done for an additional cost. This remake cost included the preview stage which allowed the final product to be more accurate in replicating my dog. After another long wait to receive the remake, I was disappointed to be charged an additional tariff/duties ransom which amounted to 40% of the invoice amount before I could receive the final product. When I asked Petsies why I wasn’t charged additional tariff/duties on the first replica considering that they used the same courier company, they couldn’t provide a clear response and wouldn’t reimburse me for this additional cost.
Overall I’m very disappointed with Petsies and would not recommend this company to provide an accurate quality replica of your pet for a reasonable price.
I did the sneak peak preview and it looked nothing like my sweet pup echo. My friends called it a Pinterest gone wrong and should be featured on the Netflix show nailed it.
I would say that when I requested it to be cancelled, they refunded me the entire amount including the amount for the sneak peak, which I was not expecting to be refunded for.
Very satisfied. Took about 2 months to get the plushie but they make it similar to our passed away dog. I took the sneak peek option to get a preview of the plushie before delivery. No regret, every one at home was happy with the result
