Hello, I am sorry for your bad experience with PFPMaker. We are a small bootstrapped company and sometimes errors happen. We also don't send the invoices by email and I don't see any chats, emails, or orders coming from you. We did not stop any operations, on the contrary - we are growing exponentially and that's why our processing can sometimes stall. But it happens very rarely (a 1-3 times a month) given the number of orders we process daily (several hundreds). But we are not perfect of course and we are working on making the system as robust as possible.

Hello, in order to get good results you have to closely follow the guides on the initial photoset. At the current state of technology, it is a must.
