I use Pixlr E all the time and I love it! It's very close to Adobe Photoshop but way cheaper, and I don't have to download anything or deal with Creative Cloud. I mostly use it for quick picture edits and to make promotional graphics, but I'll also occasionally use it to clean up a scanned document. The controls are all intuitive and very useful.
This is the most powerful online editor ever. Even I'm not a designer and because of this, the UI is extremely easy to manage and use!
Very convenient for a non-professional like me. Easy to use, achieve good results.
