They have a 2-week refund policy, but they have not reacted to numerous emails for over 4 weeks. The live-chat on their website does not work either. The banner on their website suggests that they have average 5-star ratings from more than 20k customers but it does not suggest where these ratings are supposed to come from so obviously this is made up and it is deceitful marketing.
Really positive! I added some training photos as per instructions and got a ton of awesome AI art. Really fun to do as a family and would make for some awesome canvas prints. The only thing that was a bit annoying, which I imagine is a technical challenge - is downloading all the images at once so I can sort through them easier. But overall a tiny detail on an otherwise perfect product.
Basically, the service seems serious, the quality seems to be right. However, this is probably only true for the smallest package, because there the AI images are 512x512px in original size.
But unfortunately this is not the case with the LARGE and ALL packages, although 1024x1024px and 4096x4096px respectively are delivered. However only allegedly. Because the images are not rendered in the specified format, but in 512x512px and are scaled up only when downloading. These are therefore not usable in this size. Embarrassing!
The tool works fine and easy to use. However, the lack of free-trial option (say one PFP free of charge) makes it a buzz kill. I get it, AI training and processing cost money but letting potential users get a glimpse of the product not only signals about the product's viability but also increases signups and conversion rates. For instance, they could say here's one freebie PFP for you but use this link to invite a friend to try the product too.
