Our sales which were gaining slowly have plummeted since Fakespot has given us this grade. Fakespot’s use of AI to check reviews authenticity is inaccurate and very damaging to small businesses. We ask that Fakespot be responsible with the power they have created by setting themselves up as an authority. Small companies like mine put everything they have into their business, sincerely trying to make products that others will benefit from. Large, powerful companies like Fakespot should not be allowed to utterly destroy honest, hard working people’s dreams.
