Def better than ICQ Okay, jokes aside... What I truly love about Slack as an admin is how customizable it is. It has all the capabilities to fit literally any need, and I really mean ANY. And what I like as a user is old but gold - an intuitive interface and ease of use.

Easy to use for simple tasks and startups. Once the tasks become more complex/ more groups etc it is not always clear to keep the oversight/overview once you are in different channels/ conversations.
