We use it mainly to monitor all the reviews of our SaaS in one slack channel. It gives us the ability to act very quickly in case of bad reviews and we notice that this reactivity makes all the difference. We calculate our daily/weekly CS OKR based on this slack channel

Hi, I've just used your tool for a little benchmarking of my SaaS and my competitors. I find it very useful to have all these key metrics. Just a little idea to make it even better : it would be great if we can directly do a bulk search of all our competitors in one shot.
