I think it's a great product. It's a structured way to manage how you consume alcohol, to help you maintain a healthy relationship with alcohol consumption. And with it's scientific approach, it does bring you closer and closer to personal goals of reducing alcohol intake.
I have been with Sunnyside for 4+ months now. It’s been a really important tool in working towards my goals with drinking less. I’ve made significant improvements and the new app really makes a difference with having some community and the daily journal questions with support. Totally worth the little amount money it is. The amount of money I’ve saved on drinking is ridiculous. Best drinking app out there BY FAR.
Sunnyside has been an absolute game changer in how manage my overall alcohol consumption, but more so the implicit behaviours that I have come to learn truth around how and when I consume. At the products core is the sentiment of mindfulness, and drinking with clear intent. As someone who would previously default to drinking when times are some time hard, beyond regular social drinking, I would always feel shame if I happened to experience a binge period, or if I set a promise to quick drinking for a specific time, and then missed a day or two and felt like I completely failed.
Sunnyside, with its easy to use features and drink tracker actively helps me reduce my overall alcohol consumption, all the while gamefying my the experience when I successfully follow my "no dranks" period or consistently go days without. All in all I am super grateful for the platform, the verious tips, and the entire product message to really says - "Hey drinking is not the problem, you are not the problem, you can drink and enjoy yourself, just be more thoughtful on how you drink, and we are here to help every set of the way!". At the end of the day like the name says - Sunnyside, truly has brought me some brighter days. Great product, great people ( you have to check out their TikTok, don't where they find these people but the Nadya influencer chick on the videos is pure comedy) but most importantly a product that has literally changed my life.
