After downloading it, I used it for three days. If I didn’t take a lunch break at noon, I would use the Nap function to take a nap. If I felt sleepy in the afternoon, I would use the Focus function to wake myself up.
When you hear the sound of the waves, the voices in your mind unconsciously quiet down, and you focus on your breathing, which briefly slows down the brain's CPU in exchange for longer battery life.
