I order 2 pairs of shoes, prePandemic. Then everything locked down. I received one pair, never the 2nd pair. I paid for both pairs. Love the shoes that I received. So disappointed that I never received the 2nd pair. Customer Service indicated that the shoes would be shipped when everything opened back up. Now I can't even get to their website - not sure if they are still in business.

As a long time customer I would highly recommend this prododuct, the quality and customer service are outstanding. They stand by their products 100% to ensure you get the comfort you expect from a custom shoe, what more would you want?

If this was available for Android users. I would recommend it. Since it is not, I don't. Although I do love the idea behind this, its not currently available to me.
