I'm very surprised how well this browser works on Android TV in my case it's a TCL 4K HDR 65" I haven't came across a better browser I've even sideloaded Chrome and this works way better than that even but yeah like the other review my only critique would be the mouse cursor staying on the screen and I use a Bluetooth mouse so when I do both cursors show up on screen kind of weird but funny but yeah I need the option to disable the cursor for the remote other than that I'm impressed!
Overall a better browser as ads & pop-ups are automatically blocked. However, the mouse stays on the screen & cannot be hidden. Appreciate if the mouse can be made to disappear after say 30 seconds & reappears when the mouse is next moved. Updated: the mouse issues fixed! Thanks dev.
Web on my TV? I can't describe the experience, i am loving it. But i have two challenges. Number one; i can't download anything, as in no download feature or a download manager should one needs to download images or videos or even APK files for those of us using Android TV Box which comes with internal memory space and of course SD card port. Secondly, it won't play Netflix. Developer, kindly try watching Netflix on TV Web Browser so you know what i am saying; and possibly fix it.
It's almost perfect. But the built-in player needs the option to activate subtitle captions and the ability to switch resolution like within JW Player plugins. The mouse cursor jumps too far apart, make it smoother. The video timeline scrubber also jumps too far apart between clicks, make it smoother from slow to fast within long presses. Needs companion apps for PCs and phones to share links back and forth remotely. Needs a multimedia remote feature on companion apps.
Browsehere has a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to navigate and customize settings. It also has features such as a IPTV, full-screen browsing, and the ability to save bookmarks and browsing history. if you are looking for a browser that prioritizes speed and privacy, Browsehere may be worth considering.
