We have a complex product which requires live data to demo, and many different user cases that can make it hard to show specific potential impact. We used Walnut to diversify our Prospect product demo away from "one size fits all" to user-case specific, both to share in advance of a first meeting and as an intro to the product ahead of a more tailored later product demo. The tool was adopted enthusiastically by our Solutions team and also is now gaining traction with our product and support teams as a way to educate users with issue-specific videos and demos. With Walnut we have been able to create specific stories and user cases to match prospect problems and desired impact.
